I changed the widget being used to create the form on the right side of the page. The registration link was directing users to the wrong page but it is now working properly.

I have also found a bug that causes all child posts to show the same creation date as the parent. An update will be coming out to fix this problem shortly.
(Update) Creation date bug fixed on 10/10. All post dates are displaying correctly.
